I'm Mehdi Zaidi, Product Manager at PureSquare. I connect what users need with what's technically possible and what grows the business. When something's not working, whether it's low activation, unclear positioning, or a technical blocker, I pull in the right people and we solve it together. I stay involved from research through launch until we see results.
Before I build anything, I ask:
- Does this actually solve a user problem?
- Will this have real impact at scale?
- Is this worth our time and resources?
These questions guide every decision I make: which features to build, which experiments to run, when to say no to stakeholders. Good products don't come from building what looks good in slides. They come from solving real problems.
Quality matters. Before I ship anything, I validate with users, test the edge cases, make sure it feels right. Better to ship late than ship broken.
I treat problems as opportunities. When something's not working, I don't just patch it—I figure out how to turn it into growth. That means owning outcomes even when they're outside my job description.
I measure success by impact: 71% activation growth on a password manager, $172K in revenue from a week-long campaign, and SOC 2 certification that enabled 1,000+ sales pitches. These are just highlights from my portfolio—I've shipped a lot more. Results matter more than features.
